MM Traders is proud to lead the Tirupati Municipal Corporation Dry Waste Management Project, developed under the Smart City Mission (FY 2025-26).
  • Location: Thukkivakam, Near Venkatapuram, Renigunta, Tirupati, Andhra Pradesh

  • Capacity: 95 Tons Per Day

  • Mode: Design, Build, Finance, Operate & Transfer (DBFOT) for 7 years

  • Savings in Labor Cost: ₹18.75 Lakhs per month

  • Supporting Equipment:

    • 3T Battery Operated Forklift

    • Kubota 55HP Tractor with Loader

The facility is equipped with cutting-edge machinery and automation systems:

  • Rotary Sieves for precision sorting

  • Magnetic Conveyors for metal separation

  • Double Sorting Platforms accommodating up to 84 workers

  • Auto Tie Horizontal Baler (HPB-812) with 8–12 TPH capacity

  • Integrated Control Systems with safety features, VFDs, and emergency stops
